Hello friend today I am going to discuss about how much courier or deliver person  earns in india . there are various companies provide courier services in india like blue dart,dhl,first flight,gati,ecom express,bee express,fed ex,ekart,amazon web courier services etc. these all are the private courier companies so according to the requirements they hire the person .Before 2010 very less online shopping companies are there but after 2010 there is been rapid growth in the online ecommerce industry. Most of the courier companies keeps delivery boys in the part time basis whenever the the work gets heavy load they hire more person for faster delivery. Indian post office has also have their own courier known by the speed post they provide good salary to the postman  and lots of incentives and their work is permanent and they gets lots of holidays. A person who works in speed post as a delivery person earn around 15 to 20000 months plus fuel charges,calling charges extra.

Companies like flipkart have their own courier courier name as ekart. A normally  ekart person works around 12 hour a day.Earlier in the morning around 8 am they have to reach godown and arrange the item and pack their bags and go out for the delivery and they hold a big bag around 30 kg and all the items they have to deliver before 8pm and their wages different from city to city ,work experience and for per delivey they get 5 to 15 RS depending upon product size and weight. And in an average those who work on ekart they gets around 10000 to 12000 a month plus fuel and calling charges extra.and if a delivery person lost customer goods and unable to deliver than whole monthly salary will be cut down and they have to pay good amount of fine to the company and this things apply to each and every courier companies.

Apart from flipkart companies like snapdeal,shopclues ,paytm,myntra etc they have partnered with different courier services  like gati,dtdc,ecom,blue dartt fed ex etc usually they get around upto 10000 a month depending upon their work experience.and companies like Dominos delivery person gets around 10000 to 12000 a month depending upon their work experience and how much faster deliver a person can do. And if a dominos delivery person unable to deliver the food on the given time than the loss has to be bear by the delivery boy not the company.So we request people to give some respect to delivery person instead of insulting them because through them we get products directly to home.
